During the development of secondary systems of stations and substations, including relay protection, automation, control, electricity metering, etc., qualitative changes have recently occurred due to the introduction of digital technologies. The introduction of digital technologies is supported by innovative development programs such as “Digital Transformation 2030”. The introduction of digital technologies is associated with the use of digital data transmission channels according to uniform standards. Projects of “digital substations” are being actively implemented with the transmission of digital information at all levels, including the primary equipment, the transmission of information both from current and voltage measuring transformers, and from switching devices. Currently, digital instrument transformers are actively being developed and implemented, in which information about measured currents and voltages is presented in digital code. New approaches to measure primary currents and voltages, and transmit information pose new challenges, and open prospects for improving signal processing methods used for relay protection purposes. Thus, the relevant aim of the study is the development and research of approaches to digital processing of signals of digital instrument current and voltage transformers. To solve the problems posed within the framework of this study, analytical and numerical solution methods have been used. Numerical methods are applied using software products such as MathCAD and the Python programming language to generate signals and display them on graphs. To substantiate the reliability, verification of the results obtained by different methods is carried out. The authors have formulated an approach to digital processing of signals obtained using current sensors of a digital instrument transformer. The authors have studied the approach to determine synchronized current vector values by processing information received from primary current converters. The characteristics of the algorithm for obtaining a vector have been analyzed and the dependences of errors on the influence of distorting factors have been plotted. The proposed approach is a development of the existing approach to obtain a vector by getting information from current sensors operating on different physical principles. The results show the advantages of the proposed method. The proposed digital signal processing algorithm is more technically expensive since it contains at least two metrologically calibrated measuring channels instead of one. However, all other things being equal, it allows to increase the accuracy and speed of the digital processing algorithms taken as a prototype. The results obtained can be used to formulate algorithms for measuring relay protection devices.

The significance of elective courses in teaching foreign languages

The educational system of our country is developing year by year. On the basis of these developments, we can point to the presidential decrees and the newly adopted law on education [1]. Introduction of digital technologies and modern teaching methods to higher education processes in the "Concept of the development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030" approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5847 of October 8, 2019, young people wide involvement in scientific activities, combating corruption, increasing the share of students studying in engineering and technical education, introducing the credit-module system, increasing the share of practical training in specialized subjects aimed at increasing practical skills in curricula specific tasks for improvement are defined [2]. On the basis of the tasks specified in these decrees, the credit-module system of teaching in higher education institutions of our country was gradually introduced. Certainly, since this is a new system, a deep study of the new features of the system is required. In our research, we arc working on the formation of the educational trajectory of students, and in this article, we want to describe the elective courses in the curriculum.

Digitalization from the Perspective of the Regional Community

Relevance. Currently, digitalization processes and the introduction of new technological innovations in Russian society lead to a restructuring of not only economic but also social relations, thereby predetermining both new opportunities and new risks. However, the degree of influence of these risks on individuals and society, their positive and negative effects in the scientific community have not yet been sufficiently formulated.The purpose is to identify the attitude of the regional population towards the digitalization of society and risk factors associated with the introduction of digital technologies into the life of society.Objectives: to analyze the manifestation of the digitalization process and its risks in the perception of the regional community; explore the degree of influence of digitalization risks on the life of society.Methodology. The study uses general scientific methods of cognition of social phenomena: structural-logical analysis and methods of theoretical generalization ‒ to clarify concepts and construct research conclusions; sociological methods for obtaining empirical data.Results. The population of the regional community has an understanding of the digital society, digitalization processes and various manifestations of risks in the digital society. Transformations in the digital sphere can bring catastrophically large-scale changes in society, and can transform not only the surrounding reality, but the person himself and the world around him.Conclusions. In modern digital society, the probabilistic manifestation of risks is not fully identified and their impact on the life of society is not assessed. Digitalization should be aimed at creating advantages (conveniences) in various aspects of everyday life and providing every citizen with equal opportunities to access services, information and knowledge provided on the basis of information and communication technologies.

Peculiarities and content of tax legal relations in conditions of digitalization

The article examines the peculiarities and content of tax legal relations in the conditions of digitalization based on the current legislation. The object of research is a set of legal relations in the field of taxation that arise and develop in the conditions of digitalization. The subject is the principles and norms of tax law in the unified system of forms of European law implemented in the context of European integration. The methodological basis is represented by general scientific methods of knowledge and private scientific methods of knowledge - historical, statistical, structural-functional, comparative-legal, formal-legal. It is indicated that the increased influence of digital technologies on modern tax legal relations requires the scientific and professional community to carry out detailed research and revision of the entire complex of transformation of tax legal relations, as well as the development of the most effective models of relevant legal relations and guarantees of ensuring the rights of taxpayers in the digital reality. There are no unified approaches to assessing the legal consequences and content of the transformation of tax relations in the context of the development of digital technologies. It is noted that the introduction of digital technologies in the field of tax legal relations has led to the fact that the existing guarantees of ensuring the rights of taxpayers, established in the legislation on taxes and fees, as well as developed in the course of individual regulation of legal relations in the field of taxation, are insufficient to comply with European legal standards regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of restoration of violated rights. The implementation of digital technologies in the process of interaction between the state and society in the field of taxation involves not only the simplification of the corresponding interaction, but also the development of qualitatively new models of digital interaction based on the analysis of the existing legal regulation. The transforming effect of digitalization on tax legal relations is based on the communicative potential of digital technologies, the possibility of effective functioning of big data systems, simplified interaction of participants in tax legal relations, the possibility of automating operations in law enforcement and analytical activities of tax authorities.

DEVELOPMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS IN THE CONTEXT OF ECONOMIC GLOBALISATION

The subject of the study is the conceptual, theoretical, empirical and methodological foundations of the socio-economic and legal nature of the development of administrative justice in the context of economic globalisation. Methodology. The study uses general and special methods of cognition. Using the dialectical method, the authors differentiates the essence of the development of administrative justice in the context of economic globalisation on the legal and economic levels according to the relevant criteria. The analysis created the conditions for a multifaceted study of the complex of problems and prospects for the development of Ukrainian administrative justice in the context of economic globalisation from the perspective of economic and legal etymology. The synthesis created the conditions for generalising the characteristic features of administrative justice, taking into account the current trends and international legal and regulatory developments in this area. The formal legal method allowed to correctly interpret the content of international and national legal acts that define the directions for improving administrative justice in the context of economic globalisation. The purpose of the article is to identify the problems and directions of development of administrative justice in the context of economic globalization. The results of the study show that the problems of the current state of administrative justice in Ukraine are complex, and the ways to overcome them take into account various parameters that are directly or indirectly based on the principles of economic globalisation, which are primarily based on economic and legal principles. Among the areas for improvement of administrative procedures, those that primarily ensure effective protection of human rights and freedoms, in particular through the implementation of relevant international standards, occupy an important place. Conclusion. The study of the economic foundations for optimisation of administrative justice in Ukraine has made it possible to identify certain indicators which serve as socio-economic prerequisites for optimisation of administrative justice. The statistical data show that the areas of manifestation of the subject matter of administrative court proceedings are differentiated depending on the impact of economic globalisation on certain public law relations which give rise to the relevant public law disputes. The authors distinguishes between a group of public law disputes which are directly related to the phenomenon of economic globalisation, and public law disputes in which public interests of economic content are manifested. This contributes to the creation of certain, primarily legal, structures which would facilitate the optimisation of administrative proceedings in the context of economic globalisation, which has both an external, international and internal, national format. The above considerations of optimising administrative justice in the context of economic globalisation have made it possible to identify specific problems faced by Ukrainian justice, including administrative justice: 1) organisational; 2) legal support; 3) material, financial and social support of courts and judges; 4) functioning of the institution of judicial governance and self-government; 5) staffing; 6) ensuring access to justice. Among the areas of improvement of administrative justice, the following are considered in detail: implementation of the principles of the rule of law and procedural economy, introduction of digital technologies (elements of artificial intelligence), introduction of alternative forms of pre-trial and post-trial dispute resolution, optimisation of the zonal and territorial location of courts, implementation of international standards of administrative justice, and some others.

THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASES OF FORMATION OF THE CONCEPT OF ENSURING SOCIO-ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALISATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES

It is established that the system of free enterprise in the form in which it is implemented does not ensure progressive changes and they do not occur. The authors believe that in order to ensure a high level of socio-economic security of Ukrainians, it is advisable to use methods, levers, information and legal support for socio-economic security based on the digitalisation of business processes at enterprises, organisations and institutions. The article substantiates the expediency of forming a structure and mechanism for ensuring socio-economic security, taking into account the determination of the values of the State, phenomena of public life and public consciousness, in order to solve the problems of ensuring the effective operation of enterprise through the use of digital innovative technologies. It proposes a structure of socio-economic security of enterprises in the context of digitalisation of business processes. In order to ensure the conditions for social protection of employees of enterprise, a mechanism for such protection is proposed, taking into account the economic component, which will largely depend on the introduction of digital technologies into the business processes of enterprise. The paper suggests the concept of digitalisation of business processes of enterprise with a view to forming and ensuring socio-economic security of enterprises in the context of digitalisation of business processes. It is proved that the digital society is a necessary progressive movement, which involves the intensive and productive use of digital technologies in all spheres of human life, the life of economic entities, regions and the State. The publication analyses the global volume of trade through e-commerce retail in 2016-2021 as a sign of the external environment of socio-economic security of enterprise. The emphasis is placed on the digital society as an external environment of socio-economic security of enterprise. It is determined that digital technologies have a significant impact on the socio-economic security of enterprises, as they allow increasing the profitability of production, reducing human labour costs, ensuring rhythmic operation at all stages of business processes, making it possible to implement the tasks set and achieve common economic, social and civic goals. It is determined that the digital economy covers not only the information and communication sector, but also all business sectors in all areas of economic activity, including the public and private sectors, non-financial and tertiary sectors, financial sector, extractive industry, manufacturing and services, agriculture and construction. The study analyses the system characteristics of functioning of the mechanisms for ensuring socio-economic security, taking into account the relationship between internal relations and the external environment. The article examines the assessment of digital quality of life according to the Digital Quality of Life Index 2023, and identifies factors and trends that affect such indicators. The factors influencing the socio-economic security of the 10 largest IT companies in Ukraine by the number of specialists as of July 2023 are identified. The prospects for the impact of digitalisation of business processes of enterprises on the socio-economic security of Ukraine are determined.

ЛОГІСТИКА В УМОВАХ ЦИФРОВІЗАЦІЇ: ЛОГІСТИЧНИЙ ЛАНЦЮГ ТА ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНІ ОБЛАСТІ

Formulation of the problem. Today, logistics is not a new process. The development of the economy, sustainable development, and the introduction of digitalization into social life require new tools and technologies for logistics. Today, many logistics processes are being improved through the introduction of digital technologies. The conventional logistics chain has been modernized by belonging to digital platforms. However, the main issue is the identification of problem areas in the logistics chain due to the implementation of digitalization, namely: compliance with confidentiality, lack of trust from consumers in digital platforms, lack of digital competences among personnel who provide logistics processes. The purpose of the study is to reveal the peculiarities of logistics in the conditions of digitalization using the 7R model, the functional area of logistics and the system of forming a logistics chain. The object of research is the process of forming the ability to implement digitalization in the logistics chain. The methods used in the research are modern methods and principles of scientific knowledge, general theoretical and specific research methods, which allowed to reveal the process of formation of the logistics chain in The main hypothesis of the study was an assumption about the possibility of introducing digitalization into the logistics chain using the 7R model, the functional area of logistics and the logistics chain formation system. Presentation of the main research material. The work pays attention to the digitalization process in the logistics chain. By revealing the logistics chain formation system, the authors of the study made an attempt to visually present the logistics chain scheme taking into account digitalization. The peculiarities of the application of the 7R model are disclosed, the advantages of its application are indicated. The functional areas of logistics were revealed, which enabled the authors to take them into account in the scheme of digitalization of the logistics chain. The proposed scheme of digitalization of the logistics chain combines functional areas, macro- and micro-levels, digitalization aspect. The scheme makes it possible to modernize and improve existing processes in logistics, promotes sustainable development and globalization. The implementation of the proposed scheme in logistics activities will enable the business to be more competitive, profitable and ensure the efficiency and expediency of the distribution of labor resources by replacing outdated processes with digital ones. The originality and practical significance of the research is confirmed by the possibility of use at enterprises related to the logistics process. Conclusions and prospects for further research. It has been proven that digitalization of the logistics chain is the process of converting analog processes of the supply chain into digital ones by creating special master data that aggregates information from the entire supply chain, as well as information from some external sources. Digitalization of the supply chain is achieved through software – off-the-shelf, custom, or a combination of both-with an emphasis on automation and business intelligence.

THE IMPACT OF DIGITALISATION ON THE COMPETITIVENESS OF PASSENGER RAIL TRANSPORT

Objective. To analyse the impact of digitalisation on passenger rail transport and assess its role in increasing the competitiveness of this sector. Methods. The following methods were used to achieve the goal and solve these tasks: literature and research analysis - the authors conducted a thorough analysis of scientific papers, studies and publications covering the topic of digitalisation in the field of public transport; comparative analysis - comparing different approaches and technologies in the field of digitalisation allowed to identify the most effective methods and strategies that can be implemented in public transport; forecasting and modelling - using models and forecasts to assess future development Results. It has been determined that the introduction of digital technologies will automate a number of processes in railway traffic management, increase efficiency and reduce operating costs, increase passenger satisfaction and loyalty, reduce the risk of accidents and incidents, increase revenues by improving the quality of services and reduce costs by optimising resources. In general, it is proved that digitalisation contributes to the creation of new and more flexible tariff offers that are focused on the individual needs of users. Scientific novelty. The authors propose directions for the digitalisation of passenger rail transport and identify key aspects related to the competitiveness of passenger rail transport. A methodological approach to assessing the effect of reducing travel time is proposed, the basis of which can be the economic value of time, and an alternative approach to assessing the effect of reducing travel time involves using the value of the gross regional product per capita generated in the region per unit of time as a cost equivalent of the saved time. Practical significance. The results of our study can be used by railway passenger companies to modernise existing systems and introduce new technologies, create new products and solutions that support the digitalisation and optimisation of public transport, develop new business models, optimise supply chains, improve transport efficiency and public transport safety, and improve the system of monitoring and responding to emergencies..

The future of accounting in Ukraine: trends and forecasts in the conditions of rapid digital transformation

The paper is devoted to the study of trends and forecasts of the development of accounting in Ukraine in the conditions of rapid digital transformation. Scientific and empirical methods (collection and comparison of information), as well as complex analytical methods (synthesis and generalization) were used during the research. The informational basis of the paper is the scientific works of both domestic and foreign scientists who studied accounting issues in the conditions of rapid digital transformation. The paper noted that accounting in Ukraine today is undergoing major changes in connection with the introduction of digital technologies, which is a necessary and key stage for ensuring the effective functioning of the organization. It was noted that digitization of accounting and its integration into the company's information system is not only a necessity, but also a strategic step in modern business. This process is aimed at optimizing financial processes, ensuring fast and accurate data processing. An integrated information system allows not only to store information, but also to analyze it, providing the company's management with valuable insights for making strategic decisions. This approach turns accounting into a powerful tool that contributes to the growth and success of the enterprise in conditions of constant competition. It is also stated that in the future accounting in Ukraine will continue to evolve rapidly under the influence of digital transformation and the latest technologies. The paper examines key trends and forecasts for the future of accounting in Ukraine in conditions of rapid digital transformation: process automation, "cloud" technologies, data analysis and forecasting, blockchain, cyber security. The conclusion states that the future of accounting in Ukraine is inextricably linked to the digital transformation taking place in modern business. Successful adaptation to the trends considered in the study will require not only technological readiness, but also cultural and organizational changes aimed at continuous improvement of processes and personnel skills.

Analysis of the features of passenger transportation projects

In the era of active development of the transport industry, the introduction of digital technologies, the issue of the quality of passenger transportation still remains unresolved, despite the large number of carriers. The general transport system is an integral component of the country's economic development, and therefore research in the field of passenger transport becomes relevant and key aspects in solving the problem of improving the provision of transport services. The authors analyzed the features, main problems and risks of passenger transportation projects. It is noted that the majority of scientific works are devoted to cargo transportation, and those studies related to the field of passenger transportation consider the issue of quality provision of passenger transportation very superficially. The article demonstrates the need to replace traditional forms of project management in the transport sector with modern and progressive ones. Among a number of innovative approaches to management, the authors recommend the implementation of value-oriented management of passenger transportation projects, justifying the fact that value, as a rule, arises only in the process of operating a product, even if a high-quality and efficient system of passenger transportation is the value that will satisfy stakeholders, and primarily passengers. A value-oriented approach to passenger transport projects is determined by the main values that have a certain influence on the success and efficiency of such projects. The main idea is to take into account the needs and expectations of passengers, ensuring comfort, safety and efficiency of transportation. Conclusions were made regarding the need to continue researching value-oriented management in the field of passenger transportation, taking into account the specificity of projects in this field.

Обеспечение информационной безопасности в системе здравоохранения

The introduction of digital technologies into the healthcare system of the Russian Federation is analyzed. At the same time, the emergence of a new rental product is considered - information, the price of which increases every year. In this regard, the volume of information leakage from healthcare institutions and the damage caused to them is growing every year. A statistical analysis of information leakage was carried out by the nature of the incidents, by the type of information stolen, and by leakage channels. The content of information related to personal data has been established and numerous examples of leakage of personal data in Russia and abroad from medical institutions have been given. A comparative analysis of data leakage by industry is given. Objects for protecting information in medical institutions have been established. Reputational damage from information leakage in the healthcare system is analyzed. Security problems in the pharmaceutical field are considered. Some recommendations are proposed to improve the level of information security in the healthcare system.

Digitalization Of Document Management System In Medical Organizations: Theoretical Aspect

Introduction. Modern medical organizations, multifunctional medical centers, public and private medical institutions actively use digital technologies such as document management systems to optimize internal business processes and increase the efficiency. Proper document management and easy access improve the workflow. Thus, integration and development of advanced digital products allow medical organizations to ensure efficient time management which, in turn, reduces costs and saves time.
 The purpose of the study was to present theoretical aspects of digitalization of document management system in medical organizations as a modern organizational and managerial process that ensures the effectiveness of healthcare development. 
 Materials and methods. Content analysis of scientific literature on the development and implementation of document management systems, transfer of documents to electronic version, introduction of digital technologies upon the specifics of medical organizations was used.
 Results. The study showed that document management systems currently run up document-based information lifecycle management. Their active implementation began in the 2000s, and it is expected that the market volume of document management systems will grow from 6.57 billion US dollars in 2023 to 12.94 billion US dollars by 2028, on average by 14.50% during the forecast period (2023-2028). Significant amounts of health data are collected manually using various internal IT-systems and numerous collections of documents, databases and forms. The introduction of document management systems allows healthcare actors to create electronic patient records, thereby minimizing the risk of documentation loss and increasing security. It is assumed that in the near future all the system will be based on digital solutions aimed at solving routine tasks such as document management, storage and use. These trends provide solutions to the problems that medical organizations may face and ensure effective strategies based on the digitalization of document management systems.

The role of digital technologies in higher education institutions: The case of Kazakhstan

The ways of education development are changing, which is largely determined by the introduction of digital technologies and the desire to improve the efficiency of management of educational processes at universities. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the challenges and opportunities in universities related to the use of digital technologies (social media tools, digital online platforms, digital learning platforms) in higher education institutions in Kazakhstan. A sample included respondents (N = 69) from 16 educational institutions in Kazakhstan that combined teaching (conducting training courses or working with students) and administrative management (management or planning of the educational process). The data were obtained using an offline questionnaire and processed using SWOT methodology. Representatives from 16 public and private universities responded to the questionnaire: the rector (2%) and two vice-rectors (3%), deans of faculties (23%), directors, and heads of various departments of universities (71%) were interviewed (managers are engaged in teaching). As a result, six thematic outcomes demonstrated the opportunities for technology application in education: enhancing management quality, motivation, access to electronic resources and materials, transparency and objectivity in grading, the possibility of implementing distance learning, and simplification of routine tasks. It is also noteworthy to mention five thematic outcomes as challenges, which encompassed issues with security, technical errors, reduced communication, dependency, and complexities in grading. The article examines modern methods and approaches to digitization of the educational process in the context of training specialists in the field of economics. The paper analyzes various aspects of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education, such as online courses, webinars, electronic textbooks and distance learning platforms. The advantages and challenges associated with the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process are also discussed, as well as practical recommendations for their effective use are offered. The author also examines examples of successful practice of digitization of education in economic fields and conclusions about the prospects for the development of this area.

Knowledge-Production, Digitalization and the Appropriation of Surplus-Knowledge

ABSTRACT According to some commentators, the introduction of digital technologies into the sphere of knowledge-production and the consequent digitalization and computerization of this field have radically changed the nature of knowledge-producing activity and the produced knowledge. At the social level, such a change has allegedly caused the irrelevance of grand narratives and emergence of paralogies or the obsolescence of the labour theory of value, which in its turn signifies the end of capitalism. It is argued that such accounts simply disregard the social form of production of knowledge. The real revolutionary effect of digitalization, in resemblance to the introduction of machinery in large-scale industrial production, is intensification of knowledge-producing labour, which in its turn signifies the various forms of subsumption of knowledge-producing activity under capital and the appropriation of the commonly produced surplus-knowledge by it.

Digitalization in the Russian healthcare: barriers to digital maturity

Over the last 20 years a significant progress has been made in the use of digital technologies in the Russian healthcare: a widespread introduction of health information systems (HIS), work with big data, and use of artificial intelligence. Hopes are pinned on IT technologies; it is expected that they will simplify healthcare activities, as well as take the quality of medical care to a new level. Ultimately, it will contribute to a better quality of life for the population. However, certain internal and external factors slow the advance of digital technologies, creating barriers to digital maturity in healthcare. Imperfection of the legal and regulatory framework and insufficient funding of healthcare and innovation have a negative impact on the rate of development and translation of new technologies into medicine. The article considers a low level of digital literacy among health care providers and low level of motivation to make changes in organizational processes as a serious barrier to e-health promotion. Modern Russian research on this topic has identified significant gaps in basic digital skills among health professionals. At the same time, a low level of digital knowledge and patients’ trust create a low demand for e-health product development, and thus cannot act as an additional driver of IT developments. Health digitalization is an absolute trend in the current development of healthcare in our country, and in view of modern social and demographic trends, the need for medical services will only increase. Introduction of digital technologies into practice should contribute to better quality of and higher access to medical services, therefore health digitalization is a timely and logical stage of medicine development in Russia.

The Idea of Digital Business Transformation: Models, Changes and New Challenges

   Relevance. Digital transformation has been one of the key driving forces in the economy over the past few years, and the introduction of digital technologies is becoming an essential condition for an efficient, competitive and sustainable business. The article is devoted to the formation of the concept of digital transformation in the modern business environment, with a focus on the growing new challenges from the external environment. A wide range of studies devoted to this issue highlights various aspects, including barriers, strategies, elements and other components of this complex definition, which leads to the existence of multiple variations of approaches, both to the vision of the essence of digital transformation and its resulting parameters.   The purpose of the study is theoretical and methodological elaboration of the issues of the essence of the categorical apparatus of the category "digital transformation of business" and the disclosure of its structural components, as well as clarification for further strategic management and reduction of the consequences of risk determinants.   Objectives: analysis of statistical data on the level of digitalization of business in Russia; identification of key elements of digital business transformation; consideration of digital transformation as a business process.   Methodology. As part of the study, materials from world rating reports and news agencies were used, as well as developments by representatives of the national scientific school, which was the basis for a critical analysis. Standard methods of statistical processing, generalization, and comparison were used. The method of classification and comparative analysis, as well as methods of structural-functional and strategic analysis are applied.   Results. The article presents the main trends of digitalization of business in Russia. The author's approach to understanding the definition of "digital transformation of business" is formulated, its key elements are highlighted. A conceptual model of digital business transformation in the conditions of practical implementation of the basic development strategy is proposed.   Conclusions. The technologies that form the basis of digital transformation are revolutionary in themselves, and in their synergetic effect are capable of radically transforming business and society, destroying old business models, thereby contributing to the increase of competitive opportunities and rapid adaptation to chaotically changing market requirements.

Current trends in digital transformation and their impact on the national economy

In today’s realities, digital transformation plays a very important role in the economic development of the country. This is due both to the high rate of scientific and technological progress and to the common within the economic relations, consumer preferences. Thus, it remains important to assess the impact of digitalization on the welfare of international and national economies. The research examines the current situation in Azerbaijan, one of the countries in which the principles of digital transformation are being actively implemented. The main research methods were analysis, induction, as well as methods of statistical data processing. The research assessed the main reason for the acceleration of the pace of digital transformation in the world and Azerbaijan, that being the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis. Although it was a problem for many companies at the initial stage, subsequently it allowed them to fit into the new economic realities. Thus, at the moment in Azerbaijan, there is a fairly well-developed system for managing the processes of digitalization. The national policy of the country is aimed at motivating enterprises to change the principles of their functioning into more innovative ones, which is quite well received by the institutions responsible for this. A particularly important role is played by financial and non-financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises, the provision of educational programs for citizens in terms of increasing literacy about the latest digital technologies, and the introduction of digital technologies in public administration processes, in which Azerbaijan has been able to achieve significant success. However, there are still various problems that require a solution from the authorities in the shortest possible time. Thus, this study brings new knowledge to the theory of modern digital transformation and allows us to consider the current state of the Azerbaijani economy in more detail

Is it Possible to use Artificial Intelligence Technology in Judicial Protection of Copyright and Related Rights?

Digital technologies penetrate into many spheres of human activity. The accumulation of a large amount of information in digital form has given impetus to the development of technologies for its processing and analysis, including through artificial intelligence technology. Technical solutions are being created using artificial intelligence and for use in judicial activities. The introduction of digital technologies gives rise to additional questions and risks associated with the objectivity of the result, its fairness. It seems that the use of digital technologies can be initially tested on certain categories of cases and procedural actions.

Социальные взаимодействия в системе высшего образования в условиях информатизации общества

Informatization of various aspects of social life and digitalization of economic sectors changed the content of the activities of many social institutions. This touched upon the problem of social interactions in modern higher education. Practical actions in the aspect of digitalization of higher education require social reflection for their effective regulation. The purpose of the article is to determine the factors influencing the implementation of the main institutional functions of higher education through social interactions of teachers and students in the context of digitalization of higher education (in particular, during the transition to distance learning). The article discusses theoretical approaches to understanding digitalization processes, which are complemented by the well-known approaches to studying the essence of social interactions. Systemic and institutional approaches were used. The theoretical analysis of the features of social interactions using digital technologies is supplemented by a secondary analysis of sociological research on the problems of digitalization of the higher education system, the introduction of digital technologies and distance learning at universities, and the results of a sociological survey of the students at Penza State University (April–May 2020). The article describes the experience of leading universities in the use of artificial intelligence, big data analytics and the work of neural networks in university activities. On the basis of the conducted research and secondary data analysis, it was concluded that the institutional function of knowledge transfer in the higher education system was quite successfully performed in the new learning conditions. The possibilities of social interactions and communications with teachers and management structures of universities are influenced by technological, educational, organizational and communication factors. Under their influence, the professional and general cultural competencies of university graduates will be formed, which are prerequisites for them to occupy new social statuses after graduation.
